Weddings at The Chequers
The restaurant is set in a timber framed coaching inn and looks idyllic with its oak beams, Inglenook fire place and thatched roof. Traditionally held to have been an Inn for at least four hundred years it may have even gone back as far as 1330.
The Chequers at Burcot is ideal for the intimate wedding you will be planning, whether you want to hold it in our function room that holds up to twenty guests, hire the entire restaurant for up to sixty guests or do a sole hire of the entire pub. If you require a larger event we can erect a marquee in the ample beer garden for up to 120 guests.
We pride ourselves on combining locally sourced Modern British dishes, outstanding customer service, a warm, welcoming atmosphere and an altogether great experience.
We can produce a wedding menu to suit you, we understand that you will have you own ideas which we want to incorporate for your special day, so please make an appointment to meet with us and discuss how we can make your day perfect.
